Hiya Jig - blisteringly hot - most unusual this in England. Not expected to last for more than another day though.

I am stuck in fog at the end of an Atlantic headland and I can hear fog horns and groaners. Fog is so thick seagulls keep slapping at side of house coz they cant see it.

A lovely gentle morning here in So Cal, with light mist rapidly turning to soft blue, and the mildest of breezes swaying the trees.
Driving to the office with the top down, I noticed that the jacaranda trees are still nearly in full bloom and it's already July. The sun is gently warm; and it looks like we'll have a sunshiney perfect beach day. Thanks for reminding me, it's time to check the surf report! _____________________

Our Denver area winter was very mild overall and yet I think June managed to be the wettest June in our history.

Heat wave here in Silicon Valley. My power was out all evening last night as all the A/Cs running blew the power transformer for the whole block. Sending some warmth your way

Very hot and humid here in Britain. Around 32C - not as hot as some places, granted, and not as hot as it can get here. We had 37C a couple of years ago.

Almost feels like fall here in the great lakes area.. Gray skies, drizzly, and COOL.. almost unheard of for July. I love it.. waaayy better than the heat and humidity.

The weather here in philly is warm about 86 degrees, it's getting overcast, we're expecting some heavy thunder and lightening to move into the area at rush hour... should make for an interesting drive home.

Well....Florida is HOT......and pretty humid and lots of rain.....like.....depressing amounts of rain but that's sort of normal for this time of year. It came earlier last year....May was the rain month.....this time it delayed a bit and now we begin each day with sun.....and by mid to late afternoon the dark clouds are rolling in. So much for the 2 mile walk my sister and I try to do every night
Up north (where I'm from originally and totally homesick for) in New England....it's been really crappy....rainy and cold....Spring has been a 'wash' literally and Summer isn't going much better. But dam it....I wanna go back up anyway!! My sweety is working up north and we're working on taking some time off in August for a vacation on my home turf.......maybe by then it'll be beach weather._____________________

It has been something like "Whoa it's bloody hot" here in the UK, someone finally turned the heating on after about three years of it being unplugged!

'Twas a beautiful sunny day here; tonight it's 72F / 22C at 10:23 pm in Washington, DC. It's a bit cooler than usual, and for that I am grateful.

Hehe, usually Holland is cold and wet. Last few days it has been around 30° Celsius. That's VERY warm for my country. Hm, climate change ain't such a bad thing.

We had a bright, breezy warm evening here on Ireland's East Coast. I was woken by spectacular thunder and lightening during the night, and now this morning it is cool, overcast and raining. Who knows what it will be like an hour from now.

On Long Island, for a few years now, winters and summers have been milder, with a gentler change from season to season.
I opened the pool a month ago, but it hasn't been warm enough for me to actually want to swim. _____________________
