@JamesMichael: Sadie Hawkins was a Lil Abner character, and every November there was this race thing here if a single woman dragged a dingle man back to the starting line, he was hers. The leap year day thing is a similar older RL tradition, but it picked up the Sadie Hawkins name somewhere along the line.

Spinsters are supposed to use the day to grab a husband.

Flickr is a photo hosting website. SL has a lot of subgroups there. The Forum Cartel has one. Many of us take pictures and post them there. I think it was Soji that posted them of you there. You have to create an account and then you can log in and view them.

Can you really have a Sadie Hawkins day in a world where anyone can spontaneously switch genders at any time? Seems kind of a moot point, doesn't it?

Anyway, in the real world, every day is, always has been, and always will be Sadie Hawkins day, as far as I'm concerned. Women always hold all the cards. Even if he's the one who's supposed to ask, she's the one making the decision. And if she's supposed to ask, you know every big dumb lug on the planet is always gonna say yes to anything in a skirt anyway, so she's still the one making the decision. Any way you slice it, women rule the "free" world. They love to pretend they don't, but they do.

Men are such well programmed slaves, that half of them don't even know they in fact are slaves at all, and the other half don't care.

I love it so much, I never bothered to change it, since SinSkins is a very good brand. Even your lip color looks like mine. And you look short like me too. Are you one of my Alts? And yes, all those rats really are distracting. I was there for the first time in like a month the other night. I actually thought they were arms running around at first! Nothing had rezzed correctly at first, all I saw was a bunch of gray blobs and I guess the way the tails were raised, the angle, etc. looked like a bunch of disembodied arms running around!

Now, that freaked me out a lot more than seeing you!

I don't want to go all serious but, a man once said those almost exact words to me, that women abused the power they had over men, - rant, speech, etc. Then he tried to strangle me. Too much information, I know. I'm certainly not saying you would ever do this, Chosen. What can I say, you are the ruler of your own world. No one person, male or female, is the 'ruler', or making all the decisions. No one holds all the cards in a game. Can you imagine how boring Poker would be.

Eh, not that important We should hook up sometime tho. I'm dying to see us next to each other. I don't get in as much as I'd like to lately but this next week I actually will have quite a bit of time available. Maybe we'll be able to find some time to see each other face-to-face and see if it's as freaky as I think it is!
