Thank you for the answers, I've looked around a few places and I've found quite a few Role play Sims but they all seem to be more placed towards fighting and I'm rubbish at that lol. I've done the bar scene got a bit bored after a few days.
Oh and thanks LittleMe i'll have a look at the Forum Cartel.
Tried building and just gave up on that, definenetly not for me.
Thanks for the offer 3 but i don't roll that way lol.

From: Yosef Okelly You had a couple of words wrong. I fixed them for you. QFT What he said! Fir what it's worth, I have a difficult time talking to women in RL - they scare the bejeebers out of me. No problems at all in Second Life. I have no idea what's different, but it is. And I'm not talking about approaching them with some sort of proposition either - so no jokes from the peanut gallery.

In SL intelligence and a sense of humor matters a heck of a lot more than looking like Brad Pitt, Trout you are one of the sexiest guys around. Heck women throw their naked Pictures at you.

Trout you are one of the sexiest guys around. Heck women throw their naked Pictures at you. I know - the pictures still surprise me. how the hell I managed to pull that one off is totally beyond my comprehension, but I'm sure glad I did whatever it was that i did to make that happen. Thanks, Colette. That made me feel pretty good. In RL, I'm pretty much exactly like I am here as far as my personality goes. Obviously, I don't look like Trout the avatar, but other than that, what you see is what you get. I have no excuses why I have the hang ups I do - all I know is that I have them. It's nice when someone makes you feel like you aren't terminally neurotic. Back on track - there are lots and lots of things for guys to do in SL. It occurred to me that you might be shopping for the wrong things if you hate shopping. Try shopping for aircraft and sports cars. I shop for weird avatars, although I can't hold a candle to a couple of the guys here who have collections of avatars that will blow your mind. What sort of spending spree would you go on in RL if you suddenly came into a ton of money? Go do that in SL. I have a whole collection of WWII fighter planes. I sure don't get to have one of those in RL!

And in Real Life, too. (Frankly, I don't get all the fuss about Mr Pitt, anyway...)

From: Trout Recreant It's nice when someone makes you feel like you aren't terminally neurotic. Madness is something to be embraced, Mr. Trout. There's no shame in a little insanity - after all, it's not YOUR fault if you're crazy. It's theirs. And they will pay dearly. Oh yes... /me giggles...

You had a couple of words wrong. I fixed them for you. *ahem* that should be "whosoever", as it's the possesive case; of course, it would be "whomsoever" were it the objective case. Is it Friday yet? Inc

Well, there is also Languedoc and Versailles to check out, of course, Caledon and New Toulouse. Paris 1900 is a nice sim, but I haven't run into much rp there. the Aquaria sim is a mer sim with some nice folks in it and some good rp. Of the lot, Languedoc, Toulouse and Caledon are the most laid back as far as rp goes. more in good nature than in serious and strict. For more strict steampunk rp there is always Babbage, brilliant place that. Versailles has a lot of neat courtly interplay and so forth. But like some other folks said, throw in some keywords and see what pops up. And then there's the ever fun pasttime of sim hopping land in a random sim, hit the map key, and select a random square and see where you end up. Welcome to sl!
