I was expecting something grand, spectacular etc mainly because I have seen so much good stuff said about it
I was expecting something breath taking, something that would wow me, major big time, because so many ppl have described it as thus

sadly it did not do that, but that doesn't mean that it will not do that for someone else, including the OP

I think what got me was all the hype, I have been hearing(reading) a lot about liome lately so finally had to see what was so awesome about it, I think I was expecting too much

and for the record I do not see myself as being childish by simply stating my opinion on something. I thought this was a free country or at least the freedom on the forums to put our thoughts and opinions, if that makes me childish then so be it
sure it might have been negative (to some, others may have seen it for what it was, a personal perspective) but anyone into anything that is in the public eye has to learn to deal with negativity or opinions (even when not asked for)

As to the look of a Sim, i think that is objective, according to personal taste. The answers on this thread have proved that.

Builders (architects, by any other name) always have a dream to put into reality, it doesn't suit everyone but if the majority think its beautiful or that it does what it says on the packet, then the builder has achieved his/her creative idea and should be praised for it.

yes you are right, one can not express an opinion or view here unless it is all roses and sunshine, I have come to realize that.

It is a big no no to say you do not like something someone else made unless it is a thread where everyone is dissing something

If this were a thread specific to liome I could see the upset, but it was about someone asking about a nice place to live, and I simply put why I did not like it (it contradicted what everyone else said so therefor I am mean, and childish)
