Ongoing prpblem....

I see a bunch of real people over there instead of bots, but still, if even YOU have trouble getting into your sim at times...

How big's the land?

What's there? A club? A store? Phil? Just camping and nothing else?

I'm here now. The camping is at 550m, there are 22 avs in the sim, the sim FPS is 44-45, and the Time Dilation is mostly 0.99. There are loads more avs connected, but they are in different sims - the operation is spread across sim borders.

It's possible that the ARs were dealt with and that no action was considered necessary.

I forgot to mention that the land is not for sale. It's a store operation - skins.

If my memory is correct, it's an 8k piece.

I know that some people are of the opinion that a landowner shouldn't use more than his/her 'fair' share, so an 8k landowner should be having ~20 campers in the sim. But that doesn't seem to be LL's policy. If a Linden went to look and found what I found, the chances are that nothing would be done, imo, because other sim users were not being affected, or even close to being affected. However, leaving all those campers there (I didn't see any ground avs but then I didn't search much for them), and there are times when the sim does get full, is wrong, imo.

The OP needs her landlord to get into live chat when the sim is full or almost full. Or take screen shots while standing on the camping platform, and showing the sim full. Or move on if the landlord won't do anything.

A good question would be, how many camping pads does the owner have in this sim (ie, were there empty ones at the time waiting to be filled)? If they have enough pads to completely fill the sim then that could be something the Lindens could do something about.

I didn't see any empty ones. I didn't examine the parcel thoroughly though. I arrived on the ground where the store is, saw nobody there, so I flew up and found the camping platform. I can't say that I saw everything. It could even be that LL has dealt with it and limited the number of campers.

Incidentally, it's easy to count campers that are not in the sim, because the build crosses sim borders - even the camping platform crosses sim borders.
