From: Brann Georgia And why can't they remember that I want to see adult content? Yes, for God's sakes! That is so annoying.

From: Stormy Pixelmaid . And it is still easier to navigate than 99% of SL "brick and mortar" stores. You do have a point. If you not in the mood to pretend you are your avatar walking (or flying) around in a store, the SL 3D interface is pretty inefficient. It's be more fun, when you are in the pretend shopping mode, if you could actually try on a dress (for example), and walk around in the store and have someone tell you if it looks good on you or not. (putting on a demo that says "Demo" on it doesn't count; that ruins the effect, fun-wise. The whole "virtual store" concept loses realism and fun (fun for the shopper, that is) by virtue of not having to have salespeople, managers, etc. present to interact with. They aren't really virtual stores, they are virtual vending machines, even though they might be made to look like a store. Being able to buy and sell without being in simulated proximity to the other party in the transaction probably has a lot to do with why the population is so dispersed, resulting in so much of SL being empty. There's no need to get together to work together or do business together. It's not just the Xstreet pages that don't fit on my 1024 monitor at normal page zoom, other parts of the site don't fit either.
