I totally agree about the 16sqm... it's owned by a group that own one in every region - I did try to buy it, they don't actually 'use' it as such so nothing will appear there, but they keep them all over the regions for monitoring purposes and that's about it (to my knowledge). To be honest, I quite happily forgot about it, but can appreciate it makes the size a little bit unusual. That aside - I always really loved it there and didn't have any hassles - incredibly lucky, bearing in mind it's mainland, that all the neighbors liked the same 'residential' feel to it  . Maybe I'll be able to keep it... I just need the 'dead cert' horses name for the next big race or the next 6 winning lottery numbers if anyone could help please?!! I'm guessing not! As mentioned before, I did approach them first in case they were considering selling up so I could stay put... but sadly no joy there! I'll just leave it all well alone now and be grateful for the help I've had! Ty.
