Time to register your votes! One vote per Lifer: do you prefer BBC's model, or Nada's design, for my office? Post here, or if you prefer to remain anonymous, IM me, or e-mail me at hamlet@secondlife.com.
And if Nada and/or BBC want to make any last pleadings on behalf of their work, or smack talk against their competitor, here's the place to do it...

How about posting snapshots of both? I have no idea what either one looks like.

Lazy eh? I had to go dig them up myself I'll start by voting for BBC. His model is smaller and seemingly less useful than Nada's but I just want to see it transform into a patio.

From: someone Originally posted by Madox Kobayashi Lazy eh? I had to go dig them up myself Actually, I went diving into the NWN archives and found the posts, but the pics are tiny and I didn't get a real good idea of what the final product was supposed to look like. From what I did see, though, I think I'm going to vote for Nada. So there, it's a tie!

Ha, the suspense mounts! For those who want another look and read-up on the descriptions, BBC's model is featured in the July 14th entry < http://secondlife.com/notes/2003_07_14_archive.php> , and Nada's design is featured in the July 1st entry < http://secondlife.com/notes/2003_06_30_archive.php>. Polls close this Friday morning!

Put me down for Nada too. It looks very workable and very good "perch on top of a hill" style.

lol wish i could offer 'donations' but well all i can give away is scripting advice, and that isn;t much of a bribe since i give it away for free anyways carrera...YOU ROCK!!! candy... TANKS!!! i love ego boosts! pituca... can i quote you on that, since it basically sums it up damiana... heh madox lol childs play i tell you, mere childs play bbc, would you set yourself to mod-able? I need to adjust your ai, it has become unruly, something in the 1.03 patch must be causing a conflict. Don't worry it won;t hurt a bit, i am sure i just need to adjust one or two lines of code

From: someone Originally posted by Nada Epoch gimicks only get you so far you know? yes, which is why I get to ruin you at building ability too. If they want hamlet to live in a shark cage, or a giant elevator - your the guy to go to. But i think he wants something with some class, and thats what I got for him. Of course, if he wants gimicks, I guess he could go with that rotaing house of yours - I can't think of anything much gimickier. and don't talk to me about free scripts, or free scripting advice. who do you go to when you forget a semicolin? Oh yeah, thats right - me. And My scripts are so free, that *other* people make money off of them. bbc

for those curious, here are my drawings, i will try to get bbc to post his stuff as well, though i can't promis anything since he has been nothing but disagreeable about this whole bit. it seems he wants to win on personality, not design... someone should tell him this isn't a presidential election. - Front View
- Entry, south side.
- axo
be forwarned, these images are the originals i sent to hamlet, so they are a fair size., i can post smaller ones if people need them.

I will rise to your bait sir.
You can check out a nice 1/5th scale model of the place I plan to build at
secondlife://gibson/41/231
and if you doubt my claim then, I pity you and your lack of taste
