Q. If its impossible to log in, doesn't that make SL something less than "open"??? Q. And since we've now lost a whole day without SL, does that mean we can get a partial refund on our fees and tiers for the day we didn't have SL? (or is there something in TOS that says we pay for SL whether SL is up or not?) --- Jeri p.s. I tend to doubt that the Lindens would refund any real cash, but how about L$1500 for everybody to make us feel better about a maintenance snafu that the Lindens should have planned for? (Not to mention, with $8 mill in the bank, can't they get the best gold-plated computers running on rocket fuel??) -- just some thoughts, .... I still love the Lindens.... |

now getting in to day 2 of unable to log in this is just unforgiveable what are they doing with the millions injection making us suffer like this an i agree with Jez are we going to get a refund for this dammed set back which is NOT our fault all we want is to enjoy our game we PAY for
grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr i thought i had grown bags under my eyes playing this game but appears they are now suitcases |

ARG DANGIT!!!! i've been away from SL for a week now because i was travelling to a place where there's no computer, and this is driving me mad!! FINALLY when i get home SL doesn't work!!!! no fair!

 i am 125% on your side on this Jeri, my sister , her boyfriend my hubbie and my brother toowe all play SL uses my sis like a tennis ball at the best of times and she pays a much higher tier than me she is spitting blood right now are they using the millions to pay 'newbie geeks' to run SL and they well F**ed it up? this sounds bitter and its meant to i go for a refund or some compensation El ... that the status page says SL is open, but it's still impossible to log in ... all im getting is sorting inventory out, then comes up saying program not responding, i need my SL fix, pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee let me in!!! From a crazy British lady  |

Still Can't Get in at 9PM

All the posts here about not getting in say that they came early this morning (4AM and earlier).
Here is it at 9pm and I still can't get in. Anyone else still getting the eternal "preparing inventory" message, or the "Despite our best efforts" message? MarkTwain White |
