Hey Bel,

Now that I figured out to type my responses in a thoughtful manner in Notepad, then cut/paste my reply, avoiding timing out in the forum boards (you'd think one would remain logged in, but I'm sure there's a good reason why it's so), I just want to say that I've enjoyed our conversation in-world. Like many that have already stated already, you and anyone else for you are as a whole...not just for a particular aspect of your RL person. We are as individuals are more than the sume of our parts so to speak. To NOT speak and share insight and understanding of aspects of who we are is to deny each of us the right to express various truths of what makes us who we are, virtually and literally. To deny or ignore aspects of a person because one feels uncomfortable discussing or dealing with the topic is just a form of denial and a refusal to become informed and develop a better understanding of topic one is most likely ignorant of. Like with all things in life, with understanding comes respect...it doesn't work the other way around...and you can't achieve understanding if one refuses to become informed in the first place. It's like the saying goes, "The truth will always set you free..."

Be free with your BAD self, Bel! xo

These are all a part of our individual history and make us what we are. Knowing helps us in learning about each other. Using these things to hurt one another is the problem.

I accept anyone who treats me well.
I am also intrinsically nosey, so if people wanna tell me their business, that is OK with me.

I have made assumptions about a user's background and have been totally wrong. Knowing someone's background saves a lot of awkwardness, but I would rather get the info from converation because I wouldn't feel like I was treating a person's life as "player stats" or something.

That is all I have on this one.
