Names of sims?

I bought a plot via auction in the SE corner of the Carolina sim. I live/build there alot. The land south of mine, in the sim south of Carolina right next to my property, was also bought at auction. The person that won the auction came over (remember this was mostly a water sim) and raised all the land they won to max height as to try and make it appear above water level. Then they carved it up into like 4096m plots and sold it. Some guy ended up buying it all from them and left it that way, some of it I think he lowered. But for the most part its still that way. Go see it now, its the land neighboring the SE corner of Carolina (ie behind my house). Its in the same shape as it was when the original owner got thru terraforming it. Originally it was level with my water/land.

Edit: Just to clarify things. I have no beefs with my neighbor and he's done a great job with his build/land. The only thing I wish is if the land wasnt a sudden drop off. I've been thinking about approaching him and working out a solution but it hasnt been that big of a deal. And this is the first time I've even mentioned it to anyone.
