The same sim only thing didn't work very well in this case. Weedy sold it a neighbor who turned around and resold it. With Weedy selling it to him at no cost, the neighbor stood to make a bit of profit depending on what the buyer is willing to pays for these lots. The efforts put forth to keep the signs out were in vain.


Not entirely the case Margaret. The land was bought by a person from the open market.

It was 496 sq. meters when I sold it. The person that bought it chopped it up. They were not from the same sim (or at least I dont think so), but the person that bought it still has a piece of it for sale.

It was not the kind of plot that anyone could have anticipated being subivided into small plots.

I still stand by my proposal and continue to offer the small plots to the neighbors.
