TO be honest why would two family members use the same cerdit card to use land tier on a project TOGETHER unless it was "spare" tier or micromanaged. It cheaper to upgrade tier unless you just need an extra 1024 or the like. Otherwise personally I would just tier up..save more money in the bulk cost alone.

It's not just how to save the most money. People like making alts. I love Grouchy. He's soooo uncute, he makes me look good. It hardly costs anything to keep him. He just wants a new gun or something now and then.

One person signs up for the biggest chunk of tier your combined funds allow for and the other remain a premium member and gets their own stipend and 512 allotment. You split the total cost and share the tier equally. Why use a separate card for the extra $10 per month? Unless you don't trust your family to pay you their share. But that's another issue altogether.
