Well, it's official -- we've launched our first project as a company!

If you'd like to read a bit about it and get SLurls to visit the build (beautifully done by Aimee Weber and Green Fate), here's a link http://millionsofus.com/blog/

This must be what LL was looking for the loft for.

Can't we have another forum for Special People and Their Special Events?

As opposed to the forums for Regular, Chopped-Liver Residents Who Have to Follow the Forum Rules?

Step back from the microphone a bit. Something's generating a loud whine.

Congratulations! This sounds like a pretty cool idea. I look forward to checking it out.

(And don't listen to the jealous whinings... some people are only congratulatory if it's their buddies getting kudos.)

Hmm.

Am just at the build now and... well, the inside is nice, certainly, don't get me wrong, but really, it's just a block, it looks like it's been dropped from the moon. It's got no relevance to anything outside of it at all.

The interior is really well done though, the burnt textures are excellent.

The builds are listening rooms for the CD, not full structures. As you listen to the CD, the inside changes with each track.

I have been in the loft and it's wonderful. Aimee and Green did an amazing job and I'm sure it will be a cool experience for all.

Yeah, I was talking to Aimee about it once I noticed. It's quite a nice trick, switching the textures like that.

"General Topics
Discuss your ideas and observations about SL which are of broad interest to the community and don't fit better in another forum."

Just because it involves a resident that some people are jealous of - doesn't make it fit any less in the above description.

*looks out the window* - Better jump on! The anti-Aimiee bandwagon just departed to another thread!

They definitely did - I have been dying to be able to go back and listen to the CD again :) The whole thing is very impressive, and an interesting blend of RL and SL. Congrats to everyone involved.

She has a beautiful voice... definitely not my kinda music but its still good :)

How does one go about getting one on their land? :)

all the interactive things are fun to play with!

is there a way to leave a message for the singer or... some way to show our appreciation? I didnt see it, but that would be wonderful! Something as simple as dropping a notecard somewhere would work, though a guest book of sorts would be more fun :)

Looks nice! the shadowing is awesome.. and the red glow lighting I really like.. big open front as opposed to a lil cute door kinda ruins the lighting effects though.. (IMO)

music is kinda middle of the road for my tastes also.. though thats not nessesarily bad :)

If it's a resident-run website, then you can't really check it out in world, can you?

If you can check it out in world, then put it back in the General forum, where things about SL go.

That wouldn't make the AR button pushing gang feel like they have a purpose in life though.

Thats ok I'm waiting for Pathfinders very similar post to get moved here as well - my comment on how retarded that was seems to have been 'misplaced' over the last hour so I'll make it again.

I love how one thread down we have a feature suggestion made in this forum too.

Gotta love that consistancy. The only thing consistant round here is that its consistantly retarded.
