I'm not sure what your overall aim is, but I would make it a tad more erotic. Even play up the clinical angle in an erotic light. Lots of people enjoy that kind of thing. Especially intellectuals. I assume you mean of you... if so, given your RL occupation, are you OK with how it might affect the people around you once the detail of your SL life becomes known?
