From: Kendra Bancroft MT. Dew is the modern day ambrosia. The clear green neon liquid bubbles ever so gently upon the tongue instilling in the lucky imbiber a sense of both power and serenity. See, this is why I adore you. Congrats on the anniversary by the way - you guys are all beyond reproach

Wow! What a great thread. Eggy showed up with some spot-on history for the readers; Jeska made her mandatory Neualtenburg-thread appearance; Lecktor, one of the original Nburgers, made an appearance; Kendra waxed humorous while slapping down attackers; Aliasi crafted a fascinating numerological post; and Cristiano showed up to second Aimee's official FIC seal of approval. I also loved seeing posts from new citizens. The group has grown such that there are people I don't even know at all. With that comes the sadness that proclamations such as this thread by me are becoming out of place, for who am I to speak for the group? Yet at the same time, it's exciting to be replaced and to watch the project take on a life of its own. *sniffle* Happy Birthday Neualtenburg. Here's to the success of group projects such as Lusk, Darkwood, and Neualtenburg. ~Ulrika~

From: Michi Lumin Oh really? No, there's history here. Lots of it. "Popular" isn't always another word for "right".... I propose a war between Luskwood and Neualtenburg. Not some silly drama on the forums; a real war. With a Linden favorite: weapons. And not some silly pushguns; blaze spinnaker's mobile tactical nuclear missile launcher would be a good start. Once upon a time, I designed a Soviet SS-18 MIRV'd ICBM and above-ground launch platform to go with it. It's still in my inventory, and available... for the right price. I'll play an arms dealer, among other things. blaze can, too. And others. I'm serious. All this forum drama and inworld retail capitalism is boring. Let's have a fucking war. Let's start with an arms race, and move on to desperate diplomacy between Luskwood and Neualtenburg, with third-party mediators as a frightened SL world watches, wondering if "nuclear conflict, toe-to-toe" will break out at any moment. Let's have posturing and argument that really means something, because the stakes are so high. Let's have last minute deals struck, world-wide sighs of relief, and then mounting horror as the deals fall apart. Let's see who panics and reaches for the button first. Let's watch the mushroom clouds rise across Second Life, as Luskwood and Neaultenburg move through controlled nuclear initiatives and ragged retaliations to destructive spasms. Let's roast a few million prims, and blow the bling hair off a few thousand AV's. Then we can debate "who won". Luskwood and Neualtenburg. SL's first two nations. And already behaving the parts....

From: Eggy Lippmann Project management does not a government make. In the case of the Bush administration, it would seem project management isn't even a necessary ingrediant for a government.

From: Pendari Lorentz SEE!!! I told you!! I *never* make the lists!! Bah! You're right. I'll have to craft an addendum like they did for the Gilligan's Island theme song where they tacked on "... and the Professor and Mary Anne ..." at the end after the first season. ... and Satchmo and Pen-dar-ee here on Neualtenburg Isle. You know you're the number one Nburger in my book. ~Ulrika~

From: Kendra Bancroft Okay --then the following is suggested
Ginger = Gwyn Skipper = Kendra Mr. Howell = Sudane Mrs. Howell = Rudeen Gilligan =Ulrika We all know Gilligan's island was cancelled after Season 3 to make room for Gunsmoke. Many years later the Seaon 4 scripts were purchased by "The Original Gilligan Fanclub" and low and behold episode 9 "My Favorite Alien"... I was cast for the part and was very dissapointed when I got cut for Gunsmoke... freakin Gunsmoke people... Oh well... Alien rights have come a long way since those days, and my part was kinda embarassing anyway. When it was obvious I wasn't destined for riches I decided to become a servant of the people, thus the RA seat.
