When he posts this, does anyone else picture a large male avie with unfeasibly large and badly color matched genetalia spasming uncontrollably on the floor crying with laughter til his butt detaches ? or is that just me?

Looking at the polling results, Shepp should be thankful there isn't a player run government. Unless ofcourse all the Shepp supporters are waiting until the last minute to vote.

True, but to be fair, to date only 50 of SL's 17,xxx users have voted. Hardly a representative sample.

Depends who you ask. Depends what you want the outcome to be. You can slant anything if you're determined. Just look at the other polls that have been run so far and see how people manage to interpret the results.

However... you can't slant the fact that less than 10% agree with his reinstatement.

That actually is a pretty amusing observation, actually. A lot of these polls are seeing .. what, 100-200 max votes? And there are 17K+ users?

Either

a) Nobody comes in the forums
b) There aren't 17K users, or 95% of them are irregular
c) People just don't vote.

Then why bother with polls? I would point out that in most RL polls (Gallup, etc.) that something on the order of 1% of the population of the entire US is polled yet people tend to put a lot of stock in them, especially news agencies. I guess they must be invalid as well?

Very interesting when those who instate a poll don't get the answer they desire they start to question the very tool they chose to employ...

Please do not use the forums to appeal inworld disciplinary actions. The best way to approach these types of appeals is to send them directly to abuse@secondlife.com. An appeal is an e-mail or private message explaining your situation and why you believe you should not have been disciplined.
