New Sims in the South East

Land prices are going back up. They hit a low last week and have been steadily rising since. The new sims will bring it back down but it will only last 3-5 weeks at the most.

I am not sure why everyone wants land to be at rock bottom prices. I am not a land barron, I do buy and sell here and there but on very small scales. I do know tho, that $L value rises when the land market rises. Why would anyone be against that?

Plus also, as someone who paid for property. WOuldnt you want it to be worth as much as possible in case you ever decided to sell.

Wealth spreads, its a fact.
