Did you check for a beaver dam or other such natural obstruction?

What's the naming scheme with these? Are these towns?

They appear to be Bay Area water features - islands and inlets.

Scroll way down to Carquinez Strait and things start looking familiar.... ;)

Once again, the Lindens do an absolutely delicious job. The terrain is beautiful.

Take your pictures while you can, the housecubes cometh...

I heard the seas were made from the tears of Land Barons.

More Land! woot!

Hell if this keep up I may be tempted to relocate one of the nice distant corners of the world.

Siggy.

The waterfall in Cottonwood Canyon wasn't built until three or four days after the sim opened. I have screenshots of the before and after. :)

If you thought prices were low *NOW*, just wait until the floodgates of the auctions open up on these babies.

Oh, yes, the sweet salty tears of highly-leveraged land barons, its like an elixir to heal my soul.

Well, this is another way to indicate target price. Making land worthless is one way to get rid of land barons.

I'm really impressed by this set of land. I love the rigidity of the ground; the trees and ferns are really something to look at. I applaud 100%; I like these even more than the snow sims. :)

Better news still, from a buyer's standpoint: all but six (Orwood, Holt, Samoa, Arcata, Alviso, and Arena) are Mature sims. The prices are not only going to come down further, but the price differential between PG and Mature land will be driven down. Coolness.

And dont forget the cork trees! I love cork trees. The shade is really nice and you can spend hours ripping bits of cork out of them and carving them into interesting shapes.

they are nice. i wish i could terraform like that. anybody got a spare sim lying around?

the ground textures are very pretty. i wouldn't mind them plopping those down in zoe and slate. of course then i'd want copies. oh yeah! i want copies anyway. ha ha ha

ain't got no desert though.

Yes, I noticed that last night, I just find it humorous because it looks like it says, "BLACK SUN CLUS."
