All my life I've always envied musicians the immediacy of their craft. They get to perform and connect with an audience and experience other people experiencing their artistry. As an artist and animator I never get that kind of feedback in the real world. Being able to see people enjoying the things I create while inside a space I created lets me have some of that immediacy.
Also, I love this community... it's so full of articulate, passionate, intelligent, creative and cool people.
