I particularly like this idea that 25 anonymous residents will be able to review certain cases.
My only hope is that, not only do the residents remain anonymous, but ALSO the offender(s) remain anonymous. My feeling is that say I, for the basis of this arguement, am charged with a hieneous crime in SL and my case goes before the residents. While these 25 residents may be chosen randomly, if they know me, they will likely give a more favorable view of the incident or punishment. If an offender(s) is left anonymous, then ONLY the facts of the case are truly represented. It will be interesting to see if this is a true anonymous representation or another excercise in favoritism. _____________________

Wow. Those Sandbox sims are like the Wild West. Now I remember why I never go to sandboxes.... _____________________

The "real time" police blotter sure isn't real-time. It hasn't had any updates in two days.
