- Text To Voice, ie if I type something it auto generates a voice from my text.

Adding the most basic of features - multi-selection drag and drop, instead of having to drag items one at a time. Also, THE %$()%)%)*% inventory window.

The inventory window is WAY overdue for a complete rewrite. You can't search, you can't drag multiple objects, folders pop open seemingly randomly, you can't see object descriptions... In general, it should be more like a file browser than a game's inventory list -- tree view on the left, file view on the right.

Remove ankle shadows, or at least make them an option, and maby poke out the eyes of the person who thought they were worth including. I'd bet it's the same person who thought the sun/moon reflection looks good.

Hard to pick just one! I'd have to go with better inventory management (multiple drag and drop and logging would be at the top of that list)

How about clothing? For one, being able to save even no-copy items in to OUTFITS would be nice...
