My apologies for hijacking your thread, but: Help Us to Help You! We're all aware many of you use accounts we may not check often for certain online activity emails. With that in mind, please check your hotmail, yahoo and other free accounts. If you have an email account you check regularly, it might be best if you updated your profile at: https://secondlife.com/account/profile.php to make sure we have an email address we can message you with. I just got the email too and it's wrong.
It says I'm over and have to pay an additional $25/month but they included my LindenWorld plots which should be free. |

i saw in another thread one of the lindens mentioned the emails detailing land/prims would be going out to everyone between today and tomorrow. i assume i'll see mine by tomorrow.
i'm sure it takes some time to calculate all of this. |

What's weird is that I got the first e-mail at the wrong e-mail address, an e-mail which I never use anymore. The land e-mail, however, went to the correct e-mail. o.O

I asked Phillip about the emails at the Town Hall tonight. If you do not get an email, you can ssume that you are not over our 1.2 alottment of land AFAIK.

No e-mail about me being over my land usage. Strange thing is, as a lifetime member, I have 1/16th of a sim owned in the Nexus Prime group and an additional plot in Minna, thus I own more than what i'm allowed.
This group-owned stuff is still oh so confusing to me  _____________________

I got a status email, but it came from an unusual Linden email address of [email]1.2info@lindenlab.com[/email] so my spam filter hurled it into the bin. Thankfully I checked the bin before emptying it. A lot of spamkillers assume that source email addresses beginning with numbers are spam, and so filter them.
It does indeed state how much land I own and what tariff I will have to pay to maintain that amount of land. |
