Hmmm, interesting. Remove or restrict one of the main reasons people come to SL? I doubt it. It would be technically impossible to prevent the construction of prim genitals without making it impossible to build anything. You couldn't prevent female genitals unless you ban putting textures on clothing. To stop sex animations you would have to eliminate animations all together. You could outlaw it I suppose but how would you enforce it? Two people using stratigic dance animations can look like they are having sex so how can you hope to stop that? Besides, LL makes too much money off of mature sims.
LL can't even control griefing let alone enforce morals.

Oh and get your asses off the computer and go fulfill your first life. My first life is almost entirely about having my ass on a computer, or at least seated squarely in front of one. It's called "having a modern office job". The fact that I continue to plant my ass in front of a computer for recreation might be somewhat broken, though.  And somehow, despite the tedium of everyday computer use (or perhaps because of it), I don't see anything at all wrong with hot avatar-on-avatar action. It makes people happy, and while people are in the throes of virtual passion, you can pretty much be guaranteed they're not doing something less savory, like:
