If you were to buy something, what would it be?

I'd hope for MORE of your houses, they're great!

And I agree that sales of developed land, land with houses in a residential area (voluntary) are a great new area to work. I've been working in this area for awhile. It's hard, but productive.

I think you should try it!

I'm just starting yet another residential area for rent, buy, or rent-to-buy and some of the lots I sell with houses already on them. So put some of your houses on to sell and split the proceeds. I've done this with other architects in the past.

The new tools to transfer houses though don't work as perfectly as we wish, i.e. one group can't buy from another group and have the house stick.

Well if I built the house under the same group that the land was held under I wouldn't have to tier up right? Really big supporter of not paying SL more money.

I'd buy a twinkie. SL needs a good twinkie shop.

Honestly, I'd buy pre-made "Event Areas". Ones that I could pop out when I wanted to do an event somewhere. That would have seating, platforms, display areas, etc. Diverse ones, that would be geared towards specific events and ones that would be geared towards generic events. I just like the thought of being able to have a different "setting" for different events, even if I do them on the same piece of land.

This was actually something I was wanting before I took my break. I had started making a few for myself, but I've always been one to buy things that are similar to things I make. :)

Hey, I've made a few of those. I've just been to lazy to box them and put them up for sale.
