An election is not a fight, Aaron. When it breaks down as such someting has gone very very wrong. Considering Bush's fearmongering since 9/11 and through his campaign, I'd say it's ironic that you call these people "crybabies" just because they feel that Bush is a threat to their wellbeing.
If there was a forest fire behind my home, I tried to put it out, and failed, I'd evacuate my home. *claps*

Such a shame they would abandon family and friends.. in 4 years they have another shot.
Where will they go when things don't go their way in Canada?

These are very sad times to be an American but where is the rage among the citizenry? Where are the flag wavers who so laud the freedoms symbolized by a flag and written by quill pens in our constitution? Why are we not rallying in the streets against this sort of attrocity? Why because we are gluttonous lazy bastards who say it won't happen to me so who cares. --Ishtar Pasteur

I don't see the big deal. People came to the US because they were unhappy with their government. People move all the time for a number of reason.
Hell, maybe God talked to them and told them to move to Canada. He's said stranger things to people.

I think its quite sad everone's callling people who leave cry babies. Which is exactly the case that's going on here.
A lot of us, feel, that we had been cheated.
People who at least have their voice heard AND listened to is what makes the United States of its founding principles. Disregarding that is a very serious mistake, which this administration has done time and time again repeatidly.
Without the People's voice being heard it is NOT a Democracy.

For the slow-witted, let me repeat. I'm not leaving. I *am* considering the shelf life of various 9mm-Second-Amendment-protected-projectiles, but I'm not going anywhere. Eventually, thieves and liars fall out or fail. it's a bit disconcerting that there are SO many people in this country with shallow, thick thinking - and even MORE unnerving that they all felt they had something to say at the polls - but this is STILL America and we just have to work around them. Sorta like channel surfing around that skag Britney and that hag Paris. Well, all the neo-cons, and their ultra-old-con handlers are emerging from their hiding places to gloat. That's just fine. Now we'll all know where to look next time. Perhaps the 3% margin will go back the other way when they finally see what damage they've done.
