In SL my dream had always been to become famous. Many of my items entered huge fame for a while, but have now started to die down.
Now I just wanna find out who everyone would see as "famous" in second life. A person who is so well known, anyone knows you talk about by first name alone.

As flattered as I am ... honestly there are tons of very significant people who work behind the scenes. I realize that's not the point of the thread... but understand behind every famous person is likely one or three not-so-famous people.

These look like forum centric lists to me.
The Lindens are not all famous, I doubt most folks know much about them other than perhaps what their avatar looks like, and that could change any time. Who knows the difference between Dan and Daniel Linden, for example? Which one deleted the scripting forum? Hmm, that might be an example of being infamous instead of famous. _____________________

In my day, we trembled in fear at the mere mention of Ama Omega, Catherine Omega, Dave Zeeman and dreamed of becoming like them. Later came Candie Apple with her lottery and bingo. _____________________
