From: Paolo Portocarrero Hehe, doesn't she look like she has a moustache? Wax, dahling, wax! So, now that you all have discovered the innermost truth about yourselves ( ), what do you think? Considering what you know about your fellow OT alumni, are you surprised by any of the results? What about your own results -- any epiphanies? That really hurts no matter where you wax...lol

That looks like Myers-Briggs personality typing. That is SO 1980. The newest typing is the "Five Factor Model". For the record, I am an ENTP under the MB school of thought, which I believe is the "entrepeneur".

Incidentally, Paolo, there seem to be more Type 4's: do you think we're more inclined to take personality tests than other types?

Tie between 7 and 9. Don't agree with either. Not in RL, and specially not in SL. Peacemaker? BAH!

Type Five - The Investigator The perceptive, cerebral type. Fives are alert, insightful, and curious. They are able to concentrate and focus on developing complex ideas and skills. Independent, innovative, and inventive, they can also become preoccupied with their thoughts and imaginary constructs. They become detached, yet high-strung and intense. They typically have problems with eccentricity, nihilism, and isolation. At their Best: visionary pioneers, often ahead of their time, and able to see the world in an entirely new way. I agree with all of these observations about my personality, yet as an "investigator" I reject their methods as pseudoscientific. ~Ulrika~

It never hurts to be able to pull an adequate excuse out of your pocket for just such occasions. .

It's probably worth noting that none of these personality profiles are intended to predict behavior or pigeon-hole people. All they really do is establish a person's preferential comfort zone. Anyhoo, this was just for fun.

Yeah, I can see that. It was close between that and #5, the Investigator. Everything else I scored really low on, but those were only a point apart.

I actually paid to take the long version as part of a course of study. It might be worth a few bucks to take the long version -- it may help to more clearly establish a pattern of preference.

The Helper The caring, interpersonal type. Twos are empathetic, sincere, and warm-hearted. They are friendly, generous, and self-sacrificing, but can also be sentimental, flattering, and people-pleasing. They are well-meaning and driven to be close to others, but can slip into doing things for others in order to be needed. They typically have problems with possessiveness and with acknowledging their own needs. At their Best: unselfish and altruistic, they have unconditional love for others.
OMG... its so ME!!!
