My experience is that IGE is incompetent on average. Maybe the higher level customer sevice reps do alright (once a problem arises - and one often does) but the usual IGE workers who log into SL for a transfer don't leave a great impression.
I don't like using IGE due to slow and lacking communication. I feel much more comfortable dealing with GOM.

99% of Second Life competence at IGE is focused on one manager who is always busy to manage multi-million US$ operations in 10 big games. Remaining 1% is evenly spread among 100 or so polite and friendly employees. So I would say incompetence. I never saw normal IGE employee try to screw people or even become unfriendly. They are nice and in constant fear of Alan

I have used IGE on several occasions and have never had a problem with them. The most I've ever had to wait for a delivery is 5-10 minutes...which is fine by me.

From: Siggy Romulus It pretty much amounts to me hurling 4 letter words at inanimate objects then going afk for a smoke l And that, ladies and gentleavatars, is why it is fun to talk with Siggy!
