i keep getting to prepareing inventory and it sticks there and then says not responding , dosnt even let me hit quit

Ok. I have been VERY patient. I have not, until this moment said a word of rant in furoms. I have held no grudge toward the Lindens and I trully apprieciated them sacrifycing their own New years so we could get back on.

It's day 3 now. I still cannot get on and I am now PISSED! If I see the phrase "preparing inventory" ever again I swear I will go insane.

This is really really bad. I know there are alot of Linden supporters out there. But come on enough already.

I got Everquest 2 for Christmas, I really wasnt THAT into it until 2 days ago when there was nothing else to do. I wonder how many other costumers have found something better to do and what are the Lindans going to do to make me want to come back to this piece of crap?

(*Edited for personal attack), you knew what you were getting into when you signed up for SL. If you didnt think it would happen, too bad. It happened, and you signed over your rights to do shit about it, now stop complaining and just play something else

Hafta agree with being a wee bit annoyed. During the day I log in allright, but seems as soon as the eve crowds start, server is stopping. I know it is a holiday weekend n all, but if you want to make n run a game, or any business, you hafta be prepared to be on call 24/7. Something like this I can expect to see in a game during it's beta testing stage, even in it's first couple months, but I think this game has been around longer than a couple months.
Every patch and fix seems to result in new problems. Supposdly fixed so that we won't be bounced back to login screen and therefor giving more time to login, all I get is crashed.
Three days of the same problem is just plain dumb. I'm no programmer but one thing I know as a RL business owner, if you can't fix the problem right away yourself, call someone in to fix it! Even on a holiday!

MAN.... WOW I AM SO CHEATED! All the times I waited for those damn fries and I never got an ice cream or voucher for anything! I even have to ask for the ketchup.

I have read some of the comments in the forum.Let's face it people this is a computer generated world,and just like anything else computer or electronically operated things go wrong.Internet service goes down,your harddrive might quit,or something else.Yes I know it's frustrating but with matters such as these we all just have to be patient.Like when your power goes out in a storm it might be out for weeks at a time but there is nothing you can do but wait for them to fix it or go somewhere else until everythings ok. Is it the power company's fault mothernature was on the rag when she blew through your town NO and did it take them a while to get everything back up YES so what's the point of bitchin about it.Shit happens either you deal with it or you don't.A few days is nothing compared to weeks.Should they still bil you the full amount maybe not but that's their decision, we are the ones who willingly pay to play this game are we not?

I find having even a modicum of talent is all that is necessary to make money here in SL. Whether that talent is as an escort, a clothier, a coder, or whatever. Unfortunately, whining is not a lucrative talent. Perhaps that is your problem, Fallon.

The worst thing is, because I was dumb ebough to purchase the lifetime account, I don't get the satisfaction of calling the Lindens and telling them I'm cancelling my account... sighs.
