In this light, I read Julianna on the one hand wanting to be a Greeter or a Live Helper, yet in the same post making a string of extravagant accusations about a situation which she appears unable to not take personally, or to question without snideness and rancor.

What you've said here is absolutely fair and completely civil and I tip my hat to you. I entirely lack the grace to render such a balanced commentary on this situation, but I thank you for saying all the things I thought myself with none of the vitriol that accompanied those thoughts.
