How about an XML-RPC call we can make which says whether or not a key saw an advertisement and which ad it was that the key saw.
This way we can measure how effective a particular ad spot was.

I've actually thought about some methods for campaign analytics as more advanced features to allow advertisers a method to track sales leads and conversion rates. Similiary to your suggestion. This would be either through the site, email, or xml-rpc so that it could be tied into LSL vendor scripts, etc
My initial idea was that I would provide a tracking snippet of LSL code that could be put into a any vendor script to log your sales to your account and then provide a full page/interface with charts, tables, graphs, etc. showing sales leads by impressions and clicks. Drop off rates, conversion times, etc. Thoughts? Ideas? How many would be interested in this feature? |

I think the people who would be savvy enough to use it would get by with just a list of keys that saw which ad when or you could give us a list of one way SHA-hashed keys, that way we could only do a test of keys we know (ie, came to our store) for privacy.
For those who aren't savvy enough, I suspect they wouldn't understand how to use it unless you really made it easy and obvious. _____________________

Drop off rates, conversion times, etc. Thoughts? Ideas? How many would be interested in this feature? That would be fantastic. I personally would like to see a report of the locations where my ad appeared, sorted by number of impressions and clicks, for example. That would really help me focus my campaigns. _____________________
