From: Athel Richelieu Guess they (Linden Labs) have to rush into the office in the middle of the night, or just log on from their homes? My gosh my heart goes out to the Lindens working around the clock who are up-and-running in times of emergency... grid monkeys are on call, like, 24/7.  |

Someone's going around bombing clubs crashing sims, I just got back from buying a gun and phantom for protection, came to "The Edge" Club and someone blew me 1,000 meters up in the air. Tried logging in after 4 times, finally got in and my guns were gone. I lost 1100 Lindens

Maybe it is up for some but I am getting to connect to server and crashing back to the password screen again. Switching to log in to home doesn't help any either.

From: Torley Torgeson I noticed some things acting up earlier. Did anyone else notice one or more of these signs:
-teleports breaking
-attachments not appearing (necessitating simcrosses or relogs to "refresh" them)
-LARGE number of Pending Downloads showing up on Alt-1 display
-weird usage of bandwidth, i.e. lots of downloading supposedly going on but things not rezzing (although this might have been due to some caching experiments I was doing)

SL logins may time out client side if the login server cant get back to it in time. Be patient hundreds of people may be flooding the login server. |
