In real life (in England anyway) if you have a shop you have to promise to pay rent until the end of your agread lease and even beyond. That means that if you go bankrupt the evil landlord can still come to you and demand you pay rent, meaning you have to hand over your house basically. Give me SL any day. Maybe SL should introduce evil landlords, complete with hammer for breaking fingers ect

If we could only dig SL out of the shell of RL... o.0
*brain in a vat, jacked directly into SL version 5.2.3*
Either that, or using nano-tech, we implement SL in RL...


I'm still for the nano-tech option.
