The glass is in my Inventory and even though I've gone through everything, I can't seem to find it. ..but last time I rezzed it..it was half full.
And I'm VERY optimistic that I will run across it once I start putting everything in folders. _____________________

I filled the glass all the way up and then dropped it. The glass itself is now broken and TOTALLY EMPTY. My bad.

The glass was copied by the numbers from someone elses original glass. The glass has been deleted already but is now ghosted. And has a crappy script in it that never releases animation permissions.

I lost the glass in the sky, 30,000m up. I'm expecting it to appear in my Lost and Found folder in six weeks, with the same amount of water it had when I last saw it.

I've been looking for a 100% reproducible case of the spontaneous half empty glass. If you know how to reproduce it please file a bug report or send an email with the details to [email]support@secondlife.com[/email].
If you think half of your water was incorrectly deleted by the system, or if you thinks a griefer has maliciously caused half of your water to be lost you can send me email directly at [email]andrew@lindenlab.com[/email] and I'll try to dig into the logs to see if I can figure out how it happened or who did it. |
