I have encountered alot of RL issues, the most pressing among them is the issue of my RL health. I am at the point where I need to concern myself more with my health & less with worrying about the upkeep of a sim.
Valana has also encountered alot of RL issues. with all she has going on she's lucky she has the time or energy to log into SL at all these days.
We're very saddened that it's come to this for us, but as it stands neither of us, looking at our RL situations from a realistic point of view, sees any other way.
We love Cape Destiny, our friends & family but we simply have to do what we feel is in our RL best interests.
The decision to sell Cape Destiny, however, does not mean that we are leaving SL entirely. We just feel that selling the sim will lighten the load allowing our time here to be less stressful & better spent. Which in effect will help us to some degree RL.
Thanks to everyone who helped us make Cape Destiny what it is, home.

Awwww...It's sad to hear you are selling Cape Destiny, but RL has to come first. I hope you get things where they need to be. Remember, you have friends in SL who are there for you if you need us.

I would like to thank everyone who I have met from eventing or just being on Cape Destiny, whether it was a first time meeting (and most the time continued freindship) or friends that I had already known making Cape Destiny and even better place to be. Cape Destiny has been a big part of my SL and I am sad
to see it go, but circumstances make it a better decision then keeping it. To all the people who have come to enjoy the Yahtzee that I host most of the time or to anyone interested, don't worry, I will continue to do it at a different location. Until CD is sold I will continue here, but keep checking the events. Thank you all. - Speed |

I want you to know, that when I was a newbie, you helped me so much and made my first days feel welcome and warm.
