Nolan you've obviously never worked at a dealership... well I have and yes a new car is more expensive but try telling that to someone who's paying a few hundred for an island per month. New cars aren't always that expensive BTW  I am glad you have stopped quote'n ppl....  |

We're not being supportive in some immature effort to curry favor. Its a show of support and solidarity, what with all the negative crap spewing out on the forums. Having worked in the industry, I know most of the folks involved work hard and put in long hours. Its nice to be appreciated for that now and then - even though sometimes the crap hits the fan. We're not applauding their mistake or encouraging further problems - we're showing them respect and understanding; rare though these things might be in the online realm. I will file that under Bullshit. You have obviously never worked a tech job, I have, the only difference is that I don't think that gives me the right to berate people because my toy is gone for a day or two. People act as if they're entitled to have Philip personally polish their knobs, just because they're paying x dollars. Service outages are a way of life. It seems like there's a cable problem at least once a month, and the power at my house goes off probably once every 2 months. I pay far more for these services than I do SL, and they are many magnitudes more important than SL. Yet I recognize the fact that accidents happen, and I am patient. Why? Because I do NOT feel that my monthly payment makes anyone beholden to me.
Apparently tolerance and patience are traits which are becoming alien to many people... |

I replied swamp ? and he said yes why don't you look at the map? .... let me see now Its a beta game and I'm supposed to know where to go and what to equip myself with? how to read a map ... with a swamp .... ummmm... lets see where was the instruction manual i was handed? I'm just saying if they can be rude which he was rude then yes I will be rude I've not been handed much of anything by them cept the buggiest game I've ever seen
And where is the love ... its in they're billing you and me for something that should be much more stabil. |

Alrighty here goes... I didn't expect everyone to totally understand what i was saying and this whole thing is getting out of hand .. so here goes. I'm new here to SL and have read past posts as well as present. The longterm players are the ones saying this has been going on for over a year now and no I'm not a 13 year old troller even if i act like one
I do and feel justified in expressing my thoughts however childish they appear to be. It just doesn't do anyone any good to get bent out of shape about these posts. what I ment in my prior posts is that posting positive compliments about a game like SL is like giving someone a pat on the back for doing and continuing to keep messing up that we will and are ok with major screw ups. I know its better to not tolerate and to let whomever it may be that certain actions are and will not be tolerated. Just imagine if every time you messed up you got a big ol well thats ok. Lesson learned is (well hey its ok if i continue like this) My point about the car is that people are going to bitch and yes its ok to bitch. So take what i say anyway you wish. But as I've seen posted nobodies opinion is as important as there own. |

I know deep down that the Lindens are suffering ; goddess is tormenting them and putting them through excruciating pain. But like the blacksmith who hammers a piece of metal to make it into a beautiful sword, it is for their own good.
Using MySQL (a Linden mentioned they use it) as her instrument of torture is very cruel though... I feel for you, Lindens! Keep up the good work, we love you! _____________________
