From: David Valentino Too bad France isn't oil-rich. I'd like to take back my ancestoral homeland. And french women..yummy...
Hmmm, maybe they can find a way to refine olive oil into gas! Then, we could take back (um, I guess we never had it in the first place lol) Italy, one of my ancestral homelands. (Is that a word?) And Italian men...YUMMY...

From: Korg Stygian Sometimes, hero, it would behoove you to remember the old saw, "Better to keep one's mouth shut and be thought a fool than to open it and remove all doubt." YMMV Stifling dissent now, are we Korg? Maybe just a little smidge?

From: Eggy Lippmann Boo, italian men are smelly drunkards! Silly Lisbon boy -- You must be referring to Sicilians. Piedmont boys are molto bello! (Oh, and don't be jealous -- all Mediterranean men get my jellies jumping! )

"We had the attacks on September 11 [2001], that taught us we must confront threats before it's too late."I can't believe he's still bringing up 9/11 in reference to the war. No, he's not blaming Saddam for the attack, but the only reason he's even mentioning it is do stir up patriotic, fight-back, blame-the-foreigners feelings. His whole response was basically "Oh yeah!? well...well...he's still a big bully ...and 9/11!"

Hmmm...wander if the next time we feel threatened by Bin Laden the gov-co could maybe attack Cuba. Forget oil, I want to visit the El Floridita, have a Hemingway daquiri and smoke a decent cigar. It is plausible, I heard someone there has a match, can of shaving cream and a peice of pvc pipe.
