just wondering.......does anyone on these forums really know what the heck's going on in this situation other than Apotheus and Merwan? maybe i should say including Apotheus and Merwan? i know this is a radical suggestion but maybe we could all just butt out instead of picking sides and meeting at the playground after school. seems more like if This gives us all a bad name it's all this agitating.

People are going to have to get realistic about some things around here. The Lindens are not the SL police. This is evidenced by people getting warned (instead of expelled) for firebombing or other griefing. There is no intention whatsoever on the part of the lindens to try to reign us in.

That only leaves us to do it. Now we can sit around here screaming about how if there is any government formed, how we are going to quit. If we do that, nothing will change, and this sort of risk will be part of the cost of doing business in SL.

Or, we can get together as a group and start bustin' some heads and let people quit (or not quit, I don't suspect they will). It surely can't continue like it is though. It'll just run itself into the ground.

Yes, whilst posting publicly yesterday the full SP on what happened, oh and he didn't want to influence people as well, I believe, at the same time as, well, influencing people. I don't blame him for this, but he's done it, so don't believe that with his 'expose' post yesterday he wanted anything more than to make this fully public.
