Char-Koosta is the name of the official tribal newspaper of the Flathead Indians in western Montana. Comes from the names of two Salish and Kootenai chiefs, but now it's slang for "speaking truthfully". Koosta is also a Finnish word. No clue what it means. But your AV looks Finnish....
