I think it's possible that it smacks of "put 'em all on an island", which is something I've heard more than once IRL from hateful bigots.
Personally, I'm not gay, so I don't presume to decide whether or not it's something that should be offensive or insulting. It seems to me, though, that the original mention of the idea was not intended to be prejudicial in any way, but might have been well-intentioned. Chris |

Because i said someone suggested a place for gay people and only gay people its offensive but if i got a gay person to say hey it would be cool if there was a place for just us to hang out in peace and have fun and have a area all to ourselves its not offensive.. great logic sensual you have out done yourself.
