Argh, I've remembered something that made me think of this wiki, and that could maybe be part of it... but I can't remember where exactly I've found it now... It was an article (I think) I read some time ago, about the main differences in land owning (before and after 1.2 if I'm not mistaken), detailing how people had to pay to create prims on their land, that the amount of prim wasn't limited by the land, but if a sim reached its max then nobody could build/rezz anything in it anymore... etc.
I'm not exactly sure if it'd fit this archive, but I found it interesting, for someone like me who hasn't known this period, to understand what the differences were, etc. So perhaps it can be interesting to other people as well? I'll try to find it again, if it's an okay article. Probably this was in one of the blogs I check, so I should be able to track it back somehow, even if it's lost in a ton of archives... _____________________

Hmmm I don't think I live in a very historical area... I am in Miru... however, the island at the center of the sim USED to be a GOM bank about 2 months ago! Does that count for historical???

I have added a new page and listed all of the new sims that just came online. Individual sim pages exist for the peninsula sims, with a very very very brief description (there isn't much to say ) and a picture for each. For the remaining 30ish sims, I haven't gotten to taking any pictures and such, but hopefully I'll get to that over the next few days.Also, I posted a quick blurb about Nova Albion, posting some links and a few overhead photos I took a week or two ago for some planning purposes. The nova albion stuff will likely need to be reformatted in retrospect, but I'll get othat later on I suppose. |
