EXCUSE ME!!!!

Didn't Strauss agree with himself that we're not allowed to mention the Forum hangout in the Forum forum?

This is anarchy!

LOL

speaking of inside the avatar head.....(I am guessing you mean the avatar :p)

I cammed inside mine once, and it had this weird little red blob thing... I called it the brain...

was strange, wonder what it is, at first I thought... mouth textures... then nope, wrong area, so no clue...

I accidentally saw that thing several times thinking it was my brain before I remembered I used to be a redhead. It looks rather creepy.

If it is the one that I have, it is from Grendal's and was not very expensive at all.

While I was there, I also got a 'writing in book' Typing Anim override that you might find cute - whenever I have the typing animation actually turned on and the book override attached, if I Chat, then it looks like I am writing in a large book.
:)

Cool, I will check that out!

Where's that flying book avatar from, anyway? Sounds interesting!

Grendel's Children, in the miscellaneous section.

I wasn't going to sign into the forums today as I'm not sitting at my desk bored half to death at work, but I'm glad I did! Thank you for this post Lindal! Like a few here have mentioned being shy and skitish about coming to the hangout, I can say that I have been there. It took me quite a while to get the nerve up to just go and no one was there at first, but someone showed up just before I finished rezzing and when mentioning it was my first time to the hangout, she took the time to walk me around the grounds and showed me everything. That was such a warm welcoming and I am so glad that I showed up because I absolutely love hanging out with everyone and meeting all the new folks that pop in. The thing I find so fabulous is that even in group IM you can shout any question that you might have for the forum and it get's answered. The group is like having an inworld forum and while a bunch of us take a smart ass comment instead of answering questions sometimes :p (we all get goofy and it's not meant to disrespect anyone, questions do get answered) I personally love the diverse personalities and sense of humor that surrounds this group and everyone is very quick to help others.

/me loves these forum folks and hugs to all!!

(damn - having a day off makes me sappy) :D

I love the forums and the hangout. I haven't been able to get there as much as usual recently, but it is like a home to me. The people here are fabtastic! Everyone is so friendly and are always ready to help with advice and recommendations.
Everyone welcomed me when I was new, allowed me to sit in the hangout all day and night, sometimes having a blast, sometimes just chilling out. You have all been so much fun, and I think of you all as friends. Even if you dont want to be mine :p

i have been logged off the forums for 1 day, and I already miss you all lol. i couldnt stand to miss today aswell!

Warm fuzzies and snaps for everyone.

Sounds like she's looking for the insurance money. Better make me your beneficiary just in case something "unfortunate" happens to you.

I have to side with Claire. It is fun to run into people with vehicles. It's SL. It's not like anyone is going to actually get hurt. It's even better when they go AFK and you can "relocate" them to somewhere silly.

I took my gay neko there the other day and he did comment on how personable everyone was to him and even made a LM there.

I think the group is fantastic!
