Personally, I think that in order to be classified as a planet, it should hold at least 2 of the following 4 properties:

Hydrosphere

Lithosphere

Atmosphere

Biosphere


This would mean Pluto and Charon counted, and maybe UB, but Ceres did not.

Xena isn't anywhere near big enough to be (a) Nemesis. It's more like the red-headed stepchild of the planetary family. :p

Don't worry, they'll probably change their minds again. I say we consider Pluto not a _real_ planet, but an honorary one. Nothing would be added or subtracted, and (most) everyone'll be happy.
