You must upgrade your cat's OS to new MEOW 10.4.746837623 in order to restore proper poo operation.

It's available as a free download at www.meow.com -- however, you cannot use your mouse when you go there.

Lidded cat box does work - but you have to make sure you get one with a DOOR on it... otherwise the damn cat will just poo out the door (experience)

We had a problem where one of our cats liked to climb in my bathtub and poop in there, resulting in an unwelcome surprise when I wanted to actually use said fixture. I wound up buying an electric-eye door alarm ($30 or so at Radio Shack) and setting it up with its beam along the bathtub rail. Now, if the cat tries to climb into the bathtub, she breaks the beam and makes the alarm beep, which will either scare her off or alert me or my wife to come shoo her out of there. (I unplug it before using the bathtub, and plug it back in afterwards.) It works; we haven't had any unwelcome surprises since. Who was it that said that "Every problem has a technical solution"? This would be an example...

If that doesn't work try checking your cats hardware drivers, it may have out of date sphincter control drivers or a bad poo driver. I believe they may be found at the same website as mentioned above.

Confusion
05-25-2006 14:50
Wait, I'm confused. Is the cat not pooping straight or is he/she/it simply missing. I think the focus here may not need to be on the cat at all - it is a cat and thus superior to all others (at least in its mind). Perhaps you should try to find out why you can't seem to provide said cat with a litterbox in the right place or perhaps you should precede your cat to the yard and dig the holes for him/her/it. It's not always about you, you know.

I may be a little off subject by not talking about my kitties poo--but i definately have a very odd cat. my cat, Bonnie, carries socks around the house like she has captured a mouse. i'm not talking a sock a week--i mean, 10+ a day. it's cute but gets ridiculus at times. then she meows excessively expecting praise for the big bad sock she caught while hunting in the laundry room. anybody else have an unusal cat who does unusual things? i could go on and on...lol

Yes Amanda, my cat Jet meows angrily at ceiling lights. He's odd.

He also once ambushed my other cat, Oliver, while Oliver was using the litter box. Smacked Oliver with both his front paws, right in the face as Oliver was leaving the box. Was hilarious to watch.

But both cats seem to be able to poo straight :)

yep---she does that as well. you chase her through one room, hide behind the couch and she comes running around it and jumps at you---runs away again. if you dont follow she finds you once again. cats always have me smiling :)

hehehe, I had a cat that did that. In fact he would "talk" constantly, Meows, yowls, clucks, chirps, pretty much any sound a cat could make he would do it. Clucking is what he would o when he saw a "target" usually reflected sunlight or the spot from a laser pointer, but also flies, spiders and once a nail sticking out of the wall.

Worst part was the fact that that cat was borne in a chicken barn. lol

Starax...
Get busy and build a masterpiece and quit hanging around the forums talking about your cat pooing! Everyone will soon know how completely insane you are, as I already do. :)
