From: Vares Solvang The main reason it bothers me is that most people aren't going to bother learning any more about this subject. This little film will be their entire exposure to particle wave duality. So those people are going to be left with the impression that there is some kind of magical thing going on at the subatomic level. In a nut shell, the video gives the impression that there is some kind of spiritual “woo-woo” stuff going on, while the science shows there isn't. This all comes back to my favorite (and famous) scientific cartoon:

But of course I wouldnt dream of arguing my case becuase all I have to go on for evidence is my own subjective interpretation of my existence, and theres no way for me to know if the world i inhabit in my head is anything like anyone elses. Also is there not an inherent danger in talking about these things using words because of the inherent differences in our own individual interpretations of the words we are using. I would argue that the word 'spiritual' might as well be tossed out of the language along with the word 'god' and many others in the same vein since they have become so distorted with evolving views that no-one can use them and mean the same thing as their listener understands. Many people have tried to remove all trace of spirituality from science, explaining creation and evolution using terms like 'random' gene mutation, or quantum etc. I would argue with you that its a pointless exercise trying to remove 'spirituality' from the world using science because no matter how good you are at explaining your surroundings with words, words are just that, words and for many of the crusty pagan types that live their lives according to the teaching they recieve from the 'light behind the veil' no amount of explanatory metaphors or proveable concepts will remove the notion that existence of a critical mind and conscioussness that is capable of thinking these thoughts by itself is miraculously divine.
