I think he has a point here. Since so many seem to be missing the message, doesn't it seem logical to change how the message is delivered? After all, the whole point of communication it to make others understand what you are trying to get across.

Perhaps it's time to change the way she sends the message? Genius is rare, so everyone shouldn't be expected to understand things on a genius level. That would be unreasonable and frankly a waste of time.

In order for the message to be effective it must be understood.
