I am getting logged out about 2x a session.
I'm not doing the same thing, not in the same place and have no clue why I am being logged out.

help?

It's def something else. I do not lose my internet connection. I am up and running fine. It's not a crash, the crash reporter doesn't run. I still have my internet connection, I just get instantly logged out, and I am politely told so, and that I can try logging back in, which I do.

this has been happening to me, as of late as well feniks. I'll be building stuff, no problems, mid editing it just gives me the lovely "The system has logged you out. You may attempt to log back in."

Internet connection is fine, game is fine, doesn't say the sim is crashing, from that message I take it that i'm being administratively booted?

The system sometimes logs you out for excess lag or inactivity. Check your ping or something... and dont complain, SL freezes like every 10 minutes here, on a bad day. It's not uncommon for me to have 6 crashes in an hour.

That's the thing though, it always happens to me while i'm active, and I keep an eye on my latency & loss, always 0% loss and never more than 150ms or so of latency. Perhaps there's a bug in the inactivity measurement system that doesn't take certain things into account? IE: Standing still for prolonged periods while building?

Same here, no inactivity, no lag, nothing similar in any of the instances(that I can see so far). This is new. I have been in SL 8 months and this has never happened before.

I agree with si, maybe some bug in the inactivity measurement.

Eggy, sounds llike you have some horrid issues, but telling us not to complain is not the best idea, maybe you can post your issues so possibly they can be solved. What is happening to you, shouldn't be happening either.

And I got logged out again late last night, at stage 4.

So glad this isn't happening to be people before we got 24/7...If this had been happening before 24/7, people would be being logged out after hours!
