Then in your graphics preferrences turn off all atmospheric shaders and water shaders. Try it if it works then turn some on one at a time until your problem returns (if they do.....sometimes just the turning off and back on fixes a glitch). If it doesn't work I may be out of ideas.

A support ticket is about the only way. I don't know if you are premium or not but a basic account can submit a ticket.

In your ticket make sure you tell them that you've done all the clear cache, deleting the cache folder, replaced your driver with a known good one for you card. And give them all the specs for your computer..........copy and paste the specs listed under the help menu from the SL client log in page. It's the "About SL" choice. The more information you give the more likely you'll get good help. LL tends to toss tickets that are so vague there is no way to help. It also tells the tech that you've attempted to solve the issue on your end.........nothing more frustrating than trying to help someone who has not at least tried to fix their end.

It might take a day or two..........I believe they have a limited number of people assigned to that department. Plus, if you are basic, you are not as high priority as a premium account (which makes sense if you think about it).
