What is the status of your support ticket? I've never filed a support ticket, since I don't rate, but I think you might be able to do something to wake up the system and get a response if nothing happens.

I think here is a pretty clear reason why I will never go premium. I had no idea accounts could be and are permanently deleted if they have a negative balance. Take back tier, sure, but delete inventories? Why would I ever want to risk even my inventory (and as content creator, my own original creations/products) to such a thoughtless system? And if I did owe, what possible incentive would I have to pay that back if my identity and inventory have been irretrievably destroyed by Linden Lab?
